It all began in 2018, when my wife was expecting our first child. I realized the need for a high-quality and safe babysitting service in Vietnam. After a few years of operating as a freelance babysitter referral service, we restructured the company in 2022 to offer flexible, professional childcare services (by hour/day/week/month), tailored especially for foreign families living, working, or traveling in Vietnam. Today, we proudly consider ourselves the leading childcare service provider in the country.

How we work: After reaching an agreement, a contract will be signed and a 50% deposit (which can be split into two payments) is required to confirm the service and team support.

We can working 12 hours per day.

Our rates range from 6 to 9 USD per hour
The rate for a Vietnamese babysitter working in Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, or Ho Chi Minh City is $6 per hour.
Outside a 20km radius of these cities (including Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, Mang Den, Cam Ranh, Mui Ne....the rate is $9 per hour.
Phu Quoc: the rate is $11 per hour

After 6:00 pm, there will be an additional charge of $1 per hour (within the city) and $2 per hour (outside a 20km radius).
For every 5 hours of work, the babysitter will require a light meal to maintain energy.
The overnight stay fee is 500,000 VND for hotel accommodation if the babysitter cannot return to the city before 10:00 pm

Honestly, I was very surprised by their rate of $9/hour. I hesitated for 3 out of 5 days during my trip. But after using the babysitting service, I realized that the fee is quite low considering the travel distance (45km each day) and the way they work. I also own a service company in Germany, but during a discussion with Mr. Hoang (the owner of the company), I noticed that he is simply focused on creating jobs for people and promoting the tourism industry of this city without thinking about his own benefit! This is so different from what I know! I know this company will grow even more, and I will always support his babysitting service!
